There are several ways to get the medical advice you need. We offer face to face appointments, telephonic consultations and advice via an Online Consultation (eConsult).
Appointments are available throughout the day during our opening hours and can be booked online, by telephone or in-person at the Reception desk. Please select one of the below appointment types, to get the best suited help on time.
To ensure that we are meeting our patients medical needs but at the same time ensuring that we are keeping our patients, staff and the community as a whole safe, we are only booking telephone triage appointments with the GP. If necessary they can arrange a video consultation or invite you in to be seen face-to-face.
We also offer self-help and other support through eConsult.

Why does the receptionist need to ask what’s wrong with me?
Our reception staff are important members of the practice team and it has been agreed they should ask patients ‘why they need to be seen’.
We have trained our reception staff to ask certain questions to help make sure you receive the most appropriate medical care from the most appropriate health professional at the most appropriate time.
